Hotels, designed in an apart-hotel format, have their own peculiarities. Usually the entire room supply of an apart-hotel consists of typical apartments, similar in floor plans and design. This approach allows to save money on maintenance and project design, lowering the object’s recoupment period.

Peculiarities of apart-hotel interior design and layout

Ruslan and Maria Green Design-studio recently finished a project in Krasnaya Polyana (Red Meadow), Sochi. Crude stone, shingles, façade plaster and ceramic granite were used in the façade finish of the modern apartment complex apartments. For apartment interiors in the apart-hotel, our designers came up with several coloristic options.

Years of experience in interior design allowed the Design-studio to develop original designs within our budget. They will positively affect the room supply sales in the future. For the interior finish, only high-quality, yet very affordable, materials are used. This, however, does not compromise their performance characteristics.
