Yes, it is possible. Our work is divided into stages, so if there is something you do not need, we won’t do it. For example, a project can be completed without designer supervision over construction and renovation. It is also possible not to use drawings and use only pictures. Or you may need only replanning. Is it possible to redo only a specific area of an apartment? Yes, we work only on the square meters you want us to redo. We can even come up with a design for only part of a room.

This is possible if you provide the room blueprint with furniture layout. We need to know exactly what and where everything will be. But, if you only give a description of the room, we will still need to measure and draw up the room for clarification, and this is already planning. So either you give us a blueprint or we do it ourselves.

There is no limit. This is one of our studio’s distinctive features. You can ask as many as you want, but if you limit the number of options, cost will be reduced, too.

No prepayments. We start with measuring the room. We meet, listen to your ideas and make suggestions, tell you what’s best to do and what ideas should be discarded. It is better to meet where the work will be done, as this speeds up our work. And, of course, all meetings will be scheduled at a time convenient for you.

We can, but then you need to decide how you expect our work to be delivered to you. If you want us to go and buy all that is necessary, then the answer to this question is yes. However, people who make such request often want to see a drawing of the room with the selected furniture and accessories. And this is already our regular design work, and in order to complete it, it is necessary to determine what and where everything will be, and that is done by means of drawings. We know what to do, and we have a good idea of what furniture to buy. We only need to draw up sketches.

The sketch of a room drawn up on the basis of the details provided by clients costs 500 rubles per square meter. In this case, the requirements should be as detailed as possible with pictures of furniture, drawings and instructions on what and where everything will be. Color plans are also required in this case.

In case of a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, we can complete such project in a week. But we need your approval at every stage, because we don’t draw it for ourselves. So we send you each sketch so that you can tell us whether you like it or not. We then adjust the project accordingly and send it back to you. And we do this for each room. First, we agree on the plans, then the sketches, materials, and then choose the tiles, look for furniture, wallpaper and other decorative elements. This process usually takes about 2 months, but as early as the first week into the work, we set tasks for the builders, so that they start working already while we are still working on the project design.

Yes, we do replanning. Our experts will draw a new plan with furniture. When the room surface area is changed by adding a loggia or moving wetcore areas, we follow all the rules and regulations. Our experts are well aware of what can or cannot be changed. We tell our clients when architectural changes require additional approvals. People often understand that this means getting the replanning approved, which is quite a long process. Our partners can get the replanning approved for you. Different drawings should be submitted to the authorities approving replanning. We do and provide these drawings on the basis of the plan we developed for the replanning project.

Yes, we do. The layout of sockets, lights, panel board, etc. is included in any design project. Electricians also need a linear circuit in addition to our layout. This linear circuit shows wire cross-sections, the resistance of materials, the wiring layout for panels, automated machine breakdown, etc. This is already an engineering drawing, which is provided by our partners. More drawings may be required for: ventilation, air conditioning, firefighting system, fire alarm system, internet, telephone, heating, water supply, sewerage and drawings of structures made of metal, concrete, and wood. The set of drawings is different for each project. Builders tend to do everything themselves in small apartment projects.

BTI plans usually provide only the main measurements except for height, as well as the location of doors and windows. The inaccuracy margin for BTI plans is around 10%. This can be a problem if we use these plans for a project and we end up not being able to fit in some pieces of furniture (e.g. bathtub) because the room is actually smaller than on the BTI plan. So we can use BTI plans for a project, but it is better to re-measure.

Yes, it is possible. We have partners who can go and measure places in almost every city in Russia. We can email the drawings and send the final design via an express delivery company.

We make drawings of ceilings and wall finishing based on pictures so that the final design looks like what we have drawn. If we make the drawings of the ceiling first, we will have to create an interior with already finished ceilings. And, as a rule, the ceiling shape ties the interior to a particular style, so we can later change only the color scheme and small decorative items on the walls.
