‘Rublev Residence’ Cottage Estate Design, Moscow

The design of houses in the residential complex Rublevo Residence is literally made up of modern ideas and creative solutions. The stained glass rosette in the hallway creates a real gothic feel, while the coffee tones in the neoclassical bedroom give a certain French charm and the study’s English style confers a bit more stature and poise. Like many design projects completed by Ruslan and Maria Green, the house interior design turned out quite eclectic, mixing as many elements from the past and present-day.

Living room design with palatial charm

The living room in this project is separated from the kitchen by a sliding partition with lozenge molding backed by miter in the fireplace area and a coffered ceiling. The numerous mirrors, high-end finishing materials, stucco moldings, golden patterns, the marbled fireplace in-between columns and, of course, the truly artistic décor with crystal chandeliers, all come together to confer a real palatial charm to this living room design in coffee and chocolate tones. The room to entertain guests leads to a small bright area where it is possible to relax in a minimalist atmosphere with eco-style elements. This area can also be used as a second living room and home theater.

Study design in classic english style

Ruslan and Maria Green chose to complete their study design in classic English style. Wood paneling, textured wallpaper, a Chesterfield sofa, a soft rug with a small floral pattern in burgundy and pearl lilies on the walls are the main components of this elegant study design project. The large bookcase finishes off the design and confers a certain poise to the interior composition. And thanks to this bookcase, the study can also double as a library.

Bedroom interior designs

The bedrooms in this home exude real regal opulence conferred mainly by the drapery and materials which also instil a cozy feel to the room. The burgundy bedroom with a fireplace is stylistically the most modern. Despite the lavishness of fabrics and stucco moldings, the room does not feel heavy. On the contrary, thanks to the ceiling fabric finishing, the upholstered bedside tables on graceful legs decorated with drapes, the bedroom design can compete for lightness and weightlessness with any attire of a French coquette. Carefully selected elements such as the delicate banister, the luxuriant rug in the hallway and the door golden finishing, all show that no corners were neglected in this house design.
