3-room apartment design for a young man
In order to design a perfect 3-room apartment for a young college student, you need to take into account his interests and hobbies, because the interior should reflect his personality. That is exactly what the designers Ruslan and Maria Green did with an apartment near Moscow State University.
Stylistics of the design- project: global minimalism with bright accents
Ruslan and Maria chose minimalism as a starting point in the development of the design project. Straight lines, a well-thought-out plan, modern furniture of strict geometric shapes, LED lighting and a few small decorative details – that’s what a young man needs. A couple of bright accents added the right mood to the interior.
Modern style apartment design
Everything in this room is strict and laconic: milk chocolate floor tiles, decorative plaster, which imitates concrete, a ceramic mosaic, wood of a rich brown color and visible structure, white and black gloss. A young man will be comfortable to live and study in such an interior.
Study, bedroom, living room...
All three rooms (bedroom, study, living room) are decorated in the same style, but every room has its own highlight. In the spacious kitchen-living room with a stylish dining area and a comfortable sofa, that can fit all of the young man’s friends, there is a big ceiling lamp, decorated with real moss. In the bedroom there is an upholstered headboard and a seating area by the window with two small armchairs and a golden table with a hookah. In the office all of your attention will be drawn to the walls, decorated with blue 3D-panels with geometric patterns.
Bathroom interior design is also very impressive (there are two bathrooms in the apartment) where the finish of black and beige colors looks perfect with golden accessories and luxurious fixtures.
New décor trends in the modern apartment pictures
In the apartment interior photos you can see luxurious accessories and new décor trends of 2015: a black floor lamp (bedroom), golden wall panels (entrance hall), an illuminator (study), a modern painting in rich red shades (living room), gold pendants (hallway, living room ), a plastic rhinoceros head (study). They all create a special mood in the apartment and add personality to the space.
